Equine Facilitated Learning
(EFL)
What to Expect…
A gentle pause from the pace of everyday life
❋ Intentional StructureWe blend guided moments, open exploration, and space to reflect so the experience feels both focused and fluid. You will be guided through simple, intentional interactions with the horses, either in observing or sharing space with the herd. EFL is a non-riding activity and no prior horse experience is necessary.
❋ Collaborative EnergyConnection is a core part of the process, including connection to the body, the breath, the horses and the land. Learning to be with the Here and Now creates opportunity for insight. Horses are always in the present moment and help humans come back to it.
❋ Benefits & OutcomesEFL participants express experiencing;
greater self-awareness and clarity
improved communication and relationship skills
reduced stress and increased feeling of emotional balance
increased confidence and sense of agency
❋ A Supportive SpaceWe prioritize comfort, safety, and respect for ALL involved in each EFL session, yours and the horses. This approach creates a supportive environment for authentic connection.
There is no finer mirror of our true nature than the horse.
